　　Shipping Department is one of main business departments in our company whose main business involves the management and operation of fleet/vessels operation and other shipping business concerned.

　 tracing and managing vessels' itinerary

　 researching/analyzing/developing shipping market

　 negotiating/writing Charter Party and fixing sailing instructions

　 performing fleet/vessels sailing instructions fixed

　 coordinating the relations among the parties concerned in the vessel's operation

　 negotiating agency agreement and appointing the agent chosen

　 insurance/claim business on vessels/cargo

　 managing/guiding/supervising the transportation of dangerous cargo

　 other shipping business concerned (estimating operation profit, collecting freight/hire, legal business concerned etc.)

　　The personnel are involved in Shipping Department including 1 manager, 1 vice manager, 5 business executives and 4 dispatchers. Many of them graduated from marine colleges or related colleges with much experience in shipping business management, acquainting international and domestic shipping market, acknowledging international conventions, customary laws and regulations concerned.
